Nevada Health Centers reports the Mammovan will be in Reno on the following dates: 

• February 4^th: Sun Valley Resource Center- 115 W. 6^th Ave., Sun Valley
• February 5^th – 6^th: Little Flower Church- 875 E. Plumb Lane, Reno

All the times are from 7:45am to 3:15pm.  The Mammovan will be offering mammograms to insured and uninsured women in the community.  Please feel free to pass the attached flyers to any women that may be interested and they can call our toll free number: 1-877-581-6266. 

On the Mammovan, we take most all insurances and we also serve the uninsured.  If women do not have health insurance, we have grant funds that will pay for their mammograms, thus making their mammogram FREE if they qualify.  We ask that all uninsured women bring in proof of income, proof of address, and proof of dependants. Depending on this, we determine if a women will be eligible for a free mammogram.

Mammogram Eligibility: 

Patient Eligibility:

• Insured Patients

1. 40 yrs and older
2. Covered Dependants are eligible
3. No Mammograms within 12 months
4. Co-Pay is due at time of visit

• Uninsured Patients      

1. 40 yrs and Older for a screening mammogram.
2. No mammograms within 12 months
3. Patient will need to apply for a sliding scale and will need to bring:
4. Proof of Income (if income is below 200% of the poverty level, the patient will be placed under our grant)
5. Proof Address
6. Proof of dependants in household
