Amadeo "Rudy" SanchezReno Police have identified a suspect in a shooting on Manzanita Lane earlier this week.
Officers originally responded to a shots fired call on Tuesday night and found 39-year-old Daniel Carter with several gunshot wounds. He died at an area hospital the next day.
A few days later on Saturday night, police received a warrant for the arrest of 25-year old Amadeo "Rudy" Sanchez in Carter's death. He's described as 6'1", 200 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Several people have been interviewed concerning the incident. At this time, police say it appears Carter and Sanchez were acquaintances.
