Young Woman Goes Missing in South Lake Tahoe

Douglas County Sheriff's deputies are looking for 19-year-old Alyssa Byrne who was staying at the Horizon Casino in Stateline during the SnowGlobe Music Festival.

Police say Byrne's cell phone was last used after midnight on January 1. There was an additional call made in South Lake prior to midnight on December 31st. She was last seen with friends inside the Horizon around 12:30am on January 1st.

She's 5'3" and weighs around 125 pounds with black hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black snow boots, and black yoga-type pants with her hair pulled back.

The Douglas County Sheriff's office along with the South Lake Tahoe Police Department, Eldorado County Sheriff's Department, FBI, Douglas County Search and Rescue and air support from the Washoe County Sheriff's Office are all working to find her.

Jack Cooley led the Bighorns recording his fifteenth double-double of the season with  28 points and 15 rebounds while Jakarr Sampson had 28 points and six rebounds.
