The Montage Partners With Wells Fargo, Offers 3.99% Mortgage

Posted: Updated:

The downtown Reno high-rise The Montage is hoping to entice more people to move in with a mortgage offer.

In partnership with Wells Fargo, the company that owns the building is offering 30-year mortgages for condominiums at just under 4%.

ST Residential says more businesses are opening downtown and with opening of the new Apple data center in Reno, they're hoping the demand for properties will continue to grow.

Since last August, occupancy at the building has almost doubled from 32% to more than 60%.
