Man Crashes Car into Store in Carson City

A man was hospitalized in Carson City Tuesday night after he crashed his car into a store.

The Carson City Sheriff's Office says the elderly man was trying to park in front of the El Torito Bakery & Butcher on Winnie Lane around 5pm.

Instead, he crashed into the store.

No one was hurt, but the driver was taken to the hospital to be checked out.

Deputies tell us alcohol is a possible factor. No word yet on what the damage will end up costing.
