New Meadowood Interchange Means Changes for Neil Road

The new Meadowood Mall Interchange opened last week and that's meant a change to the old Neil Road on and offramps along I-580.

The Regional Transportation Commission says instead of getting off and on the interstate directly at Neil Road, you'll need to take the frontage roads connecting Neil to the Meadowood Interchange.

"The old ramp that existed a year ago is no longer in existence. You have to exit approximately a half mile sooner," RTC project manager Garth Oksol explained Tuesday.
