‘Light Up South Lake Tahoe’ Holiday Event

The City of South Lake Tahoe is partnering with several local businesses to create its inaugural ‘Light Up South Lake Tahoe' event this holiday weekend.

Several businesses along Highway 50 will be lit up from the big tree at the "Y" to Stateline.

Tomorrow, the South Lake Tahoe Fire Department will have its fire truck decorated with holiday lights and will begin its procession at 6pm. As the fire truck passes a business, the business will turn on their lights.

Festivities will conclude at the "Y" with the annual tree lighting, along with hot cocoa and cookies.
