You can help out the victims of superstorm Sandy coming up later this week.
Friday Channel 2 is teaming up with Americom Radio Stations and the Red Cross to host a donation drive.
It'll be from noon to 6 pm in the Atlantis' west parking lot, across from the intersection of Virginia Street and Peckham Lane.
You can make a $10 donation by texting to the following non- profit organizations:
•REDCROSS to 90999 to support the American Red Cross
•STORM to 80888 to help the Salvation Army
•HUMANE to 80888 to give to the American Humane Society
You can also donate to the Red Cross by calling 1-800-733-2767 or by going to www.nevada.redcross.org

And - Mai-Tai's Beauty Styling Salon is offering free haircuts every Sunday this month to customers who donate to Sandy victims. The Salon is located at 525 East Plumb Lane and is open 11am-5pm. Their number is 323-2726.
Hours are Monday-Saturday 9:3am-6pm - and Sundays (just this month) 11am-5pm.
