To drive the virtual Moana Lane DDI access www.Moana395.com. Driving the Moana Lane DDI is safe and easy. As you approach the intersection, road signs and striping easily guide you to the opposite (left) side of the roadway and back again to the standard (right) side of the road. If you are accessing the freeway, you will follow signs to make an easy left-hand turn onto the freeway entrance.
NDOT's $6.9 million Moana Lane DDI Project is the first of its kind in Nevada. Granite Construction is the contractor on the project. The project includes two phases with estimated completion on November 21, 2012. Project improvements include: drive time savings, efficiency, congestion relief, safety, cost and time savings, reduction in head-on crashes, comprehensive landscape and aesthetic improvements and reduction in maintenance. This is also the first project in northern Nevada to include "green" bike lanes resulting in safe bicyclist access.
