Free Shred Day In Carson City Saturday

If you're looking for a way to get rid of sensitive documents safely, you can head to a Free Shred Day in Carson City on Saturday.

It will be at the Greater Nevada Credit Union parking lot on 451 Eagle Station Lane from 9 a.m. to noon.

Organizers say you're welcome to drop off as much personal documents as you would like to safely destroy and recycle. They just ask that documents are removed from binders. Organizers say attached staples and paper clips are acceptable.
