Sparks Police Arrest Woman After Early Morning Stabbing

Sparks police arrested a woman they say stabbed her boyfriend several times during an argument early Friday morning.

Police say they were called to a home on Sacred Circle around 5:30am Friday.

Police say during the argument, 26-year-old Deshanna Graham stabbed her 25-year-old boyfriend several times in the back when he walked away.

Officers say Graham admitted to the stabbing and the knife was later recovered for evidence.  

The victim was taken to Renown Regional Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries.

Graham was arrested and booked into the Washoe County Jail on domestic battery and battery with a deadly weapon charges. Her bail is $23,000.
