The Sparks Fire Department is hosting its 23rd annual pancake breakfast and open house on Saturday morning.
This year's breakfast will include pancakes, eggs, ham, juice, milk and coffee.
Aside from the food, the public can also tour the fire station and learn how to keep their home fire-safe.
Tickets cost $5 for adults ($4 with can food donation), $2 for children under 12 and $2 for senior citizens.
The Sparks Fire Department Headquarters Station is located at 1605 Victorian Avenue with the breakfast starting at 8am - through noon.
Shuttle service and free parking will be provided. (Park in either of the 2 lots west of the movie theater at C Street and Victorian Plaza Circle – and watch for the Boys & Girls Club shuttle bus.)
Proceeds benefit local fire safety education and local fire victims.
Canned food donations will go the local food bank.
