Sparks Police Make Arrest in Late Night Stabbing

The Sparks Police Department has one person in custody Wednesday morning after he stabbed another man.

Police say it happened under the overpass on Kietzke lane just before midnight on Tuesday.

They say two people got into an argument in the middle of the street and that lead to one man stabbing another with an 18 inch make shift sword.

Police have one person in custody but have not released any names.

The victim was transported to Renown Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
