The Northern Nevada division of the American Heart Association is looking to raise $150,000 this weekend to help fight heart disease.

They're doing it with the 2012 Northern Nevada Heart Walk this Sunday.

Thousands of people are expected to come out to Scheels to join the fun.

There's a 2-mile walk and a 5K walk or run and all the money raised goes to the American Heart Association.

If you'd like to take part -- you can register the morning of the race -- just be sure you ge there by 8 am.
