Firefighters say a natural gas leak forced nearly two dozen employees to evacuate a Sparks business Friday morning.
The leak happened around 7:30am Friday inside CJS Flooring on Spice Island Drive in Sparks.
Authorities say a forklift inside the business accidentally hit a heater on the ceiling, causing a gas pipe to rupture.
Twenty-three employees were evacuated from the building while firefighters shut off a valve and let the gas dissipate on its own.
