Boomtown Hotel & Casino will host an all-positions job fair in its events center today through 2 p.m.
M1 Gaming Reno acquired the property on June 26, 2012 and is planning improvements that include several new restaurants and guest amenities. Key openings exist in food and beverage, security, facility maintenance, certified electrician, marketing (casino host), slots (CAD experience preferred) and hotel operations.
"There are a lot of new opportunities for both full time and part time positions here as we continue to grow our operations," said Dean DiLullo, CEO and General Manager Boomtown.
M1 Gaming plans to hold regular job fairs in the future to help them attract the best northern Nevada talent in the hospitality industry.
Applicants will be interviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis and must submit an application before the job fair starts as well as bring a resume with references to the interview.
