Mono County Deputies Release Helicopter Crash Photos

Mono County Sheriff's deputies have released pictures of Wednesday's helicopter crash near Benton Crossing and Deer Springs Roads.

Two people who were inside were airlifted to Mammoth/Yosemite Airport then taken by ambulance to the hospital.

The extent of their injuries is unknown.

The crash also sparked a brushfire that was quickly extinguished.

The cause of this crash is still under investigation by the FAA.
