Later this month a bike path up in South Lake Tahoe will be closed for about a week for improvements.
The U.S. Forest Service will be seal coating the Pope-Baldwin Bike Path starting Monday, September 17th. That work will mean partial closures to both bikes and pedestrians for about one week.
The Pope-Baldwin Bike Path is located near the south end of Lake Tahoe and runs along Highway 89.
For more information, contact the Forest Service front desk at (530) 543-2694.
