Arrest Made in Stabbing on Mill Street Sunday

Reno Police have arrested a man accused of stabbing a woman Sunday morning.

Tuesday morning Reno Police announced the arrest of 34-year-old Joe Nathan Scott, Jr. in relation to the crime.

Police say it happened near the intersection of Mill and High Streets around 10am Sunday.

Police say the woman was stabbed in the neck area. She was taken to Renown Regional Medical Center and remains in critical condition Tuesday morning.
