Renown Health has inadvertently mailed old billing statements to patients that may have caused questions and/or concerns because they may not have reflected all recent payments made to accounts.
If patients received one of these blue, shaded statements within the past couple days, they should disregard both the balance and the statement.
Patients will receive their regular monthly statement on schedule, and it will reflect current balances, if any.
