Fire Officials Investigating Possible Suspicious Fires On Peavine Mountain

Fire officials are investigating a couple of fires that they say may be suspicious Wednesday night. They're both burning along a road on one part Peavine Mountain.

The Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District says the first fire started around 9:30 p.m. and the second fire started about 10 minutes later.

Fire officials say the fires are burning in an area off of U.S. 395. They couldn't give us an update on the acreage of both fires.
