Dozens of sheep released into the northern Nevada wild late last year are now thriving.
After the sheep's release into the 107,000 acre Tahoe Reno Industrial Center near Clark Mountain last October, the sheep have adapted to the desert environment.
Recent photos of their young show they've been able to produce a new generation.
The release was part of a joint effort by the Nevada Department of Wildlife, Nevada Bighorns Unlimited and several other organizations.
