Paszek was wanted for one count of domestic battery and one count of false imprisonment.
Deputies say Paszek argued with his wife at a home on Winters Creek Road around 6:30 Sunday night, when he allegedly beat her. They say he then pulled out a hand gun and fired shots at her. She was reportedly not injured. She ran to an area fire station for help.
Nevada Highway Patrol Troopers, along with a SWAT team and a RAVEN helicopter assisted in the following search. They also evacuated Davis Creek Campground as a precaution, but have since reopened the park to campers.
