Boil Water Notice Lifted For Indian Hills Area

Posted: Updated:

The Bureau of Safe Drinking Water has lifted a boil water order for residents living in the Indian Hills area.

The Indian Hills General Improvement District lifted the order just before 10:45am on Monday.

No other information was immediately available.

The order went into effect last week after a water sample showed bad bacteriological activity. Authorities said the District's chlorine residual was lower than normal and crews were working on a chlorine injection system to determine the cause of the lower residuals.
