Washoe County Deputies Arrest Teen After Brush Fire in Sun Valley

Deputies with the Washoe County Sheriff's Office arrested a teenager accused of setting a brush fire in Sun Valley on Saturday night.

Firefighters got the call around 10:30 p.m. for a fire near Second Avenue and Leon Drive. The fire was out an hour later.

Deputies say they have a teenage boy in custody. They also confirm a shed burned down.
