The Washoe County Sheriff's Office and Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District are investigating a handful of spot fires in Sun Valley Wednesday night.
The first fire was reported just after 10:30 pm and caused minor damage to a structure at Gepford Park.
The second happened in the 500 block of Summerhill Drive just four minutes later.
The third was in the area of east Second Street and Alexander Court.
The fourth fire sparked in the 5100 block of Oetting Lane.
And the last fire was in the 300 block of east Gepford Parkway - less than an hour after the first one was called in.
The sheriff's office is investigating these fires as arson so if you know anything please call them at 775-328-3320.
