A new business focused on moms just opened up this week in Sparks.
Recycled Rugrats on Los Altos Parkway is a re-sale and consignment store focused on kids. They have everything from clothing to toys and more - and they also buy gently used items.
One of the owners says with the economy - they saw a need to fill for gently used items in the rail city.
"That's again something that we really wanted so instead of driving all the way to Reno, which they have a great store there, we thought you know lets try this here and see if we can make this work," says co-owner Jennifer Norland.
Along with that, the owners also want to become a fixture in the community.
So -- they have a room they let groups use for free and a book exchange.
