Two People Seriously Hurt in SUV Rollover Near Carson

The Carson City sheriff says two people are recovering from serious injuries after their SUV rolled off a cliff Monday.

The accident happened about three miles west of Carson City off of Ash Canyon Road just before 10:30am.

The sheriff says the two people inside the SUV were flown by Careflight to Renown Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

The exact cause of the crash is still under investigation.
