Deer Park Pool Closes Due to Broken Pump

People hoping to cool off in Deer Park pool in Sparks were disappointed Thursday.

A pump that failed Wednesday night forced the Prater Way pool to shut down until it can be repaired.

Park officials are trying to call suppliers to get a replacement parts rushed out. If all goes as they hope they should be back open by Tuesday, July 17th.

However, if the parts are delayed in getting here in could be closed even longer.
