Health Care Up for Vote in Senate Today

The House has voted more than 30 times to repeal or undercut the health care law President Barack Obama signed in March of 2010, only to have its efforts die in the Senate.

And House Republicans plan to try again today.

This time, they're arguing that overturning the law would abolish an unnecessary tax. That's after the Supreme Court determined that the penalty people will have to pay for opting out of insurance amounts to a tax. (AP)
