The Food Bank of Northern Nevada is teaming up with the Reno Aces to help "Strike Out Hunger."
If you're heading to the ballpark for Friday night's game against the Salt Lake Bees, bring along some non-perishable food like peanut butter, canned fruit and tuna.
In return, you'll receive raffle tickets for chances to win Aces tickets and memorabilia.
Game time is set for 7:05 pm.
And as part of 'What Could Have Been Weekend,' the Aces will be dressed in black, green and gray and be named the Reno Ghost Riders.
When people were voting for the team nickname, the Aces were far and away the big winner, topping names like the Rattlers and the Ghost Riders. Even the Aces mascot, Archie, will get a break, with the Ghost Riders bringing in a new mascot.
Tickets are available online through the Aces or at the Ticket Office at the park. Ticket Office Hours (non game-day) Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Game Day Hours are from 10 a.m. to the 7th inning.
