Great news for the Tahoe Lobster Company. They officially launched on Friday morning after getting all the needed permits.
You might remember last month we first brought you the story of Fred Jackson and his plan to help harvest the crayfish in Lake Tahoe, and sell them to local restaurants.
This afternoon the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency gave that plan its stamp of approval.
They expect to have fresh crayfish to the local distributor by Sunday.
