Debby Weakens, but Florida Still Faces Flooding Risk

ST. GEORGE ISLAND, Fla. (AP) -- More flooding and tornadoes could come to Florida as the storm that used to be Tropical Storm Debby heads out to sea later today.

The National Weather Service says there's already major flooding in the Jacksonville region.
