Director, Screenwriter Nora Ephron Dies at 71

The New York Times is reporting director and screenwriter Nora Ephron has passed away in New York after a battle with leukemia.

Ephron was one of the most successful filmmakers of her time, writing and directing both comedy hits ‘Sleepless in Seattle' and ‘When Harry Met Sally.'

She also wrote books like "Heartburn" and "Crazy Salad."

Ephron was 71.
