More evidence exercise can help keep cancer at bay.

Researchers at the University of North Carolina found women who exercised between 10 and 19 hours a week reduced their risk of developing breast cancer 30%.

And it didn't matter if the exercise was moderate or intense.

You can improve your memory while you sleep. A study published in Nature Neuroscience had participants play two musical tunes while awake… then had one of the songs played back for them while they napped.

The people better remembered the tune they heard in their sleep.

Researchers say the study raises questions as to whether the sleep technique can be used to help improve linguistic, athletic, or other skills.

Timing can be very important when it comes to taking medication for attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Researchers in Iceland found a link between the age kids begin taking ADHD medication, and how they do on standardized tests, particularly math.

They looked at nearly 12,000 seventh graders and found those who had been on medication for a longer period of time did better academically.
