Investigators say the Flora Fire was caused by sparks from overhead electric power lines in high winds.
The fire, which burned less than an acre, also damaged a third home, and burned two carports.
REMSA crews treated one firefighter for smoke inhalation and provided oxygen to a resident who needed it after electricity was turned off to the person's home.
