School Board Set to Select Superintendent Finalists

The Washoe County School Board of Trustees will begin choosing up to six finalists for the new superintendent.

Dr. Heath Morrison is starting his new job in North Carolina in two weeks. The school board is holding meetings all day Monday and Tuesday to determine the finalists fit to take over his position in Washoe County.

Once those finalists are determined, the district will host two or three more town hall meetings to get feedback from parents and teachers.
