The Nevada Air National Guard is inviting the public to an open house at its base in Reno on Saturday.
More than a dozen types of aircraft will be on display from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., including the Nevada Guard's own C-130 cargo aircraft and MQ-1 Predator.
The event also will feature a wide variety of military exhibits and displays.
Guests are asked to park at the Grand Sierra Resort and take a free shuttle bus to the air base next to Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The shuttle picks up at the south entrance.
The majority of the 1,100 Airmen in the Nevada Guard work at the 60-acre base that was built in 1955 next to then-Hubbard Air Field.
