BIGHORNS FALL BEHIND EARLY, LOSE TO WIZARDS

The Reno Bighorns took 20-point deficit early in the first half of their game against the Dakota Wizards Saturday night, and were unable to complete a comeback. Andre Emmett scored 26 points and Will Blalock had the game's only double-double with 14 points and 10 assists as the Bighorns lost to the Wizards 119-111 at the Reno Events Center.

The difference in the game was the red-hot shooting from Wizard's Stefhon Hannah who had 43 points on 13-of-18 shooting, including 8-of-10 on three-pointers. He had 25 points in the first half alone and re-entered the game during the Bighorns comeback in the fourth quarter, icing the game with two quick three-pointers.

As a team, the Wizards shot 54.3 percent from field, including 52.9 percent from beyond the arc. The Bighorns shot only 37 percent on three-pointers and were outrebounded 37-29 in the game.

In his second game with the Bighorns, Antoine Wright scored 19 points and Ernest Scott added 13 points and 9 rebounds off the bench. Marcus Dove had 23 points and eight rebounds for the Wizards.

The Bighorns stay in Reno for a matchup against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers on Tuesday, March 20 at the Reno Events Center at 7 p.m.
