On "60 Minutes" this Sunday Scott Pelley sits down with a man fighting to help those who have been unemployed for more than a year and the discrimination they can face when looking for a job.

In a preview, Pelley asked "We're in a terrible economic state in this country. Why would there be a stigma attached to being unemployed?"

"There's a sense that if a person doesn't have a job, they might be lazy or they've lost too much already to be useful to me. It's unfair and it's wrong," Joe Carbone the founder of Platform to Employment explains.

Carbone raised $500,000 to start the "Platform to Employment" program. It helps people who've been out of work for 99 weeks or more.

To learn more about the program and hear from those who've been helped by it tune in to "60 Minutes" at 7 p.m. this Sunday, February 19th only on CBS.
