The Lyon County Sheriff's Office have made arrests in a robbery outside a Fernley casino late Friday night.
Deputies say it happened around 11:15 p.m. outside the Silverado Casino. When they arrived on scene, the victim told them he was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot of the casino by multiple suspects.
Deputies say one of the suspects pointed a black handgun at the victim and demanded money. Deputies say the victim handed the suspects his wallet and they all got into an unknown type of SUV and drove off in an unknown direction.
The victim told deputies he may know who one of the suspects was. After learning her name and address, deputies later found 20-year old Traja Marie Holden in her Fernley home. She was charged with robbery and is being held at the Lyon County Jail. Her bail is set for $100,000.
Deputies say they followed up on additional information and found the male suspect who was also allegedly involved in the robbery. 27-year old Michael Alexander Korte was found sleeping at another Fernley home. Deputies say they also found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia to be in Korte's possession. He was booked into the Lyon County Jail on charges of robbery with the use of a deadly weapon, aiming a firearm at another person, trafficking a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell. His bail is set at $155,911.
Deputies say another person was found with Korte and was also arrested on drug charges. Deputies didn't charge 21-year old Justin Johnson with robbery. They say they are still investigating what his involvement, if any, might have been in the robbery. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell. His bail is set at $6,137.
