Nevada Republicans are ready to caucus! In fact they spent most of Friday tending to the details.
"We have 14 locations set up this time," said Orrin Jackson with the Washoe County Republican Campaign. "Today it was all about the paperwork, calling volunteers and making sure everything is set so it all goes smoothly tomorrow."
The fact that all four presidential hopefuls have been here personally has fueled interest in the caucus. It also gives Nevada credibility.
"Having the candidates here, seeing that they care what Nevada voters think, means they realize Nevada is really, really important. And that the winner here is not a foregone conclusion," Jackson said.
There are 14 caucus locations. All locations open at 9am Saturday, February 4th. You need photo ID with you and you need to check your caucus location online.
Redistricting and capacity limits have meant changes to some. But you can find yours online at www.washoecountygop.org.
