Two Republican presidential hopefuls have started running television ads in the Silver State.
Ron Paul's ad that started airing in Northern Nevada Monday has an aggressive and edgy tone that hopes to appeal to his support among young voters. Mitt Romeny's ad however has an uplifting tone that touts his reliability and family values.
Both campaigns are ramping up spending in Nevada ahead of the GOP caucus February 4th.
