Two people are behind bars accused of a string of robberies since Christmas.
Reno Police say the two were allegedly involved in six robberies since December 26th.
Three were in the Reno area. Police say the first was on December 26th at the Subway on 1131 Steamboat Parkway. The next one was at the Runway Gas and Liquor on 2550 Longley Lane on December 27th. Then, on December 29th, the Town Liquor on 10855 Double R Boulevard was robbed.
On December 31st, police say the Galena Market on 19990 Thomas Creek Road was robbed by a suspect believed to be involved in the other three robberies. Police soon believed there might have been two suspects possibly working together.
On January 2nd, police say Dad's Quick-Mart on 5212 Sparks Boulevard was robbed by a suspect with circumstances similar to the previous four robberies in the Reno and Galena areas.
The last robbery happened in Carson City at the AM-PM on 2707 Highway 50 East on January 3rd. Police say the suspect once again matched the description and actions of the past five robberies.
After investigating, police say they identified two potential suspects and later arrested Randy Ancheta and Cameron Muhlenberg who are both charged with numerous counts of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.
