RENO, Nev. (AP) -- A 25-year-old woman who saw three fellow Nevada National Guard members killed by a gunman at a Carson City IHOP is getting married Oct. 23 in Reno.
Sgt. Caitlin Kelley tells the Reno Gazette-Journal that her 31-year-old fiancDe, fellow Guard member Jason Koffarnus, recently proposed to her after she told him that her priorities had "totally changed" since the Sept. 6 rampage.
