This list will be updated when more information comes in:

Blood donations are right now by far the biggest way people can help. Currently there is a three hour wait to donate (at the time of this writing.) United Blood Services is recommending donors make Sunday or Monday appointments, although they will still take walk-ins on Saturday.

O negative is the blood type most desired but all blood types are needed.

The Summit Christian Church at 7075 Pyramid Way in Sparks is also holding a blood drive this weekend Saturday: 4pm – 7:45 pm & Sunday: 8am – 1:30 pm. To sign up just go to bloodhero.com They will also accept walk ins this weekend.

American Red Cross donations:

Katie Smith with Sunglass Hut inside Meadowood Mall is taking cash and check donations Saturday and Sunday.
