Nevada Sold Out of Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl Tickets
From the University of Nevada:
The University of Nevada has sold out its ticket allotment for the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl late this afternoon, athletics department officials said Friday.
Nevada sold 15,369 tickets in the five days since tickets went on sale Saturday night, and the university will not be getting any more tickets.
Tickets for the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl are still available online at the bowl's website, www.kraftbowl.org. Fans in Reno can also purchase tickets at the Lawlor Events Center box office, which is a Tickets.com outlet.
The school was initially given 11,000 tickets to sell from the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl and worked with bowl officials to get more tickets to help meet the demand of fans eager to see the No. 13 Wolf Pack take on Boston College on Jan. 9 at AT&T Park in San Francisco.
The university will begin its seat allocation, based on the time orders were placed, next week when it receives the tickets from the bowl game. Fans who purchased tickets from the school will be notified either by phone or email about when they will be able to pick up their tickets.
Nevada will schedule some pick-up times at Legacy Hall, and tickets that are not picked up prior to the team leaving for the bowl game will be available during bowl week in San Francisco and then at Will Call at AT&T Park on game day.
Specific information about ticket pick-up will also be available at www.nevadawolfpack.com.
For more information, fans can call the Link Piazzo Ticket Office at Legacy Hall at (775) 348-PACK (7225), option #2.
