
A relatively strong earthquake rattled northwest Reno on Wednesday night.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the 2.7 temblor hit at 11:42 p.m., in the Verdi-Mogul area.
Some viewers called the Channel 2 Newsroom, describing the quake as "jerky" and "strong."
