UPDATE: Reno Police officers and members of the Washoe County Sheriff's Office took to the area of Kings Row and McCarran in Old Northwest Reno Saturday morning, in the search for Brianna Denison. There is still no sign of the missing Reno High School graduate.

UPDATE: Police say they want to hear from anybody who saw anything unusual they think might have the slightest chance of helping find Denison. Something as simple as a suspicious person loitering in the area a few weeks ago could be what they need to find her.

Officers also urge any other victims to come forward. It's possible that a victim's story could help them find the culprit in the Denison case.

Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Secret Witness at 322-4900 instead of the tip line listed above.

(AP)-- Police say they plan to interview about 100 registered sex offenders who live within a mile of the Reno home where a college student mysteriously vanished five days ago.

Police spokesman Steve Frady says the questioning will be a routine part of the investigation into the case of 19-year-old Brianna Denison, who was last seen sleeping on a couch early Sunday at a friend's house near the University of Nevada, Reno campus.

Frady says all of the more than 17-hundred registered sex offenders in Washoe County will be contacted as part of the investigation.

Police also continue to investigate two attacks on U-N-R female students late last year in an effort to determine whether there's a link between them and Denison's disappearance.

Frady says the other two cases -- an abduction and rape in December and a fondling in November -- do NOT appear to be related to Denison's disappearance, but investigators have not ruled out that possibility.

Denison, who grew up in Reno, is a student at Santa Barbara City College in Santa Barbara, California. Friends and family say she was at home over the winter break and had planned to return to school this week.
