RIVERSIDE, Calif. (AP) - An exotic pet breeder who had 20,000 dead and dying rats and reptiles at his Lake Elsinore business has been ordered to pay more than $190,000 in restitution. The Orange County Register reports 55-year-old Mitchell Behm was also sentenced to five years' probation and 200 hours' community service.

LOS ANGELES (AP) - The FBI says a man on its Most Wanted list suspected of bludgeoning his mother, wife and three sons to death with a hammer in Maryland nearly 40 years ago has Southern California roots. Agents say they've discovered William Bradford Bishop Jr, was born in Pasadena and still has associations in the area.

HONOLULU (AP) - A judge in Hawaii has denied bail for a San Diego man accused of killing a man whose dismembered body was found in an Oahu ravine. The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports the judge said 46-year-old Bryan Suitt was a flight risk because he comes from a wealthy family. He will remain in custody pending his trial, which is scheduled to begin in January.
